It is the case of the petitioner that their property has been sealed on 10.03.2025 without affording any opportunity of hearing; without issuing notice and without following the procedure of law. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner’s Society was registered on 22.11.2023 for the development of women and children; they also wanted to run a Madarsa, but due to paucity of funds, it could not be started. He submits that the petitioner is ready go give an undertaking that in case, the premises is unsealed, they would not run any Madarsa until permission is granted by the State authority to do so. Learned State Counsel submits that if the petitioner gives an undertaking that they would not run any Madarsa without due recognition by the State Government under the Rules and Regulations, the premises in question will be unsealed. The Court takes on record the statement made by the learned counsel for the State. The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent authorities to unseal the premises in question, subject to an undertaking being given by the petitioner that they will not run any Madarsa without due recognition by the State Government under the Rules and Regulations.
