In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is stated that the documents had to be collected and thereafter instructions had to be given to file appeal. In that process, there had been a delay. 3.Notice had been directed and notice was served. The learned counsels entered appearance for the respondents 1 to 6. The 1st and 2nd respondents have actually filed caveat and the Caveators would also be heard at the time when appeal is listed for admission. 4.Taking the above stated facts into consideration, the delay stands condoned and this petition is allowed.
