The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Cyber Crime Dhanbad P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S, 2023 and Sections 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Cases, Dhanbad. On 21.01.2025 at about 4:30 P.M., Cyber Police Dhanbad on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled at Nandlok Apartment, Flat No.303, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended the petitioner along with co-accused persons. On search, several mobile phones were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Mr. Shailendra Kr. Tiwari, learned Spl.P.P. submitted that some of the mobile phones which were recovered from the place of occurrence were used in cheating the victim. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Cases, Dhanbad, in connection with Cyber Crime Dhanbad P.S.
