This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 279 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 23.10.2024 made in W.P(MD)No. 24362 of 2024. 2. It had been contended that pursuant to the order of the learned Single Judge, a review application had been filed in Rev. Aplc(MD) No. 60 of 2025 and the same came to be dismissed by order dated 07.07.2025. The appellant had thereafter filed a separate appeal against the order in the review application and out of abundant caution, had filed an appeal against the original order in the writ petition, however, there has been a delay of 279 days. 3. Heard the learned Government Pleader also. 4.
