The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: “It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and kindly set aside/quash the F.I.R./crime no.432/2024 registered on dated 21.10.2024 at Police Staiton Pamgarh, District Janjgir-Champa (C.G.), the charge sheet filed against the petitioners under Section 498-A, 34 of I.P.C., cognizance order dated 25/11/2024 and the proceedings of criminal case no.1312/2024 pending before JMFC Pamgarh, District Janjgir- Champa against the petitioners, in the interest of justice. It is further humbly prayed htat this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to permit the petitioners to deposit the aforesaid amount of Rs.2,000/- before registry of this Hon’ble Court as directed in CRMP No.369/2025, in the interest of justice.” 3. On perusal of the FIR, it transpires that same has been registered against the petitioners, who are sister-in-law of respondent No.2 along with husband and mother-in-law of respondent No.2, but they have not been made as party in the present petition, therefore, we are not 3 inclined to entertain the present petition without impleading them as party in the present petition, to which learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to file afresh petition impleading the husband and mother-in-law of respondent No.2 as party so that the matter be referred to the mediation between the husband and private respondent No.2. 4. Learned State counsel has no objection. 5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. 6. Certified copy of the entire charge-sheet and other documents may be returned back to the petitioners after retaining photocopy of the same.
