In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is stated that the papers were misplaced and had to be relocated and thereafter instructions had to be given to file appeal. In that process, there had been a delay. 3.Notice had been directed and notice was served. The learned counsel entered appearance for the respondents. 4.Taking the above stated facts into consideration, the delay stands condoned and this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order.
