This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 179 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the impugned order made in W.P(MD)No.5194 of 2021 2025 dated 21.01.2025. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it had been contended that the delay had occurred owing to the administrative procedure, wherein sanction had to be obtained for filing the writ appeal, and in that process, there had been a delay. 3.Notice had been directed and notice was served. The learned counsels entered appearance for the respondents. 4.A counter has been filed by the first respondent stating that each delay had not been explained. The Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission. When the matter is listed for admission, the name of the learned counsel who appeared for the first respondent shall be printed in the cause list, and the learned counsel may advance arguments with respect to any interim order sought by the appellant.
