The applicant who is in custody since 02.06.2024 has renewed the prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Kuchai P.S. Case No.18 of 2024, corresponding to NDPS Case No.21 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 341/ 353/ 307/ 324 of IPC and under Sections 15/ 25 and 29 of NDPS Act, pending in the court of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge at Seraikella. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of F.I.R. alongwith its enclosure have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part. 3. Earlier the bail application of this applicant was rejected vide order dated 17.10.2024 passed in B.A. No.6542 of 2024. It is the second attempt. 4. Prayer for bail of the applicant has been renewed stating that the applicant has been roped in this case merely as a prospective purchaser. Further, the allegation of assault has been made upon another co-accused. On that basis, prayer for bail has been renewed. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant. 6. Considering the above fact and the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the applicant, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge at Seraikella in connection with Kuchai P.S.
