(Oral) While placing on record copy of office order dated 25.9.2024, issued under the signature of Deputy Divisional Manager, HRTC Palampur, learned counsel for the respondents states that judgment sought to be executed has been duly complied with. 2. Having perused aforesaid communication, this Court finds that services of the petitioner Vijay Kumar have been regularized on the post of Conductor w.e.f. 15.3.2005 instead of 1.12.2012 i.e. after completion of one year contractual services and thereafter, his pay has been re-fixed. Though enhanced salary is being paid to the petitioner, however, arrears have been undertaken to be paid within six months. 2 3. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings, as such, same are disposed of with direction to the respondents to ensure that arrears are positively paid to the petitioner on account of regularization as well as re-fixation of pay, within six months, failing which petitioner would be at liberty to get the present petition revived so that appropriate action in accordance with law is taken towards execution and implementation of judgment sought to be executed.
