HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 32381 of 2025 Court No. - 7 HON'BLE PIYUSH AGRAWAL, J. At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel raises a preliminary objection with regard to maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that against the impugned order, the petitioner has equally, efficacious alternative remedy of filing an appeal/revision. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the said fact, but submits that an ex parte order was passed, to which the petitioner was never put to any notice. Thereafter, he moved a recall application, which is still pending. Be that as it may, it is provided that in case the appeal is preferred within a period of 10 days from today, the same shall be entertained on its own merit without raising any objection with regard to the limitation. The writ petition is disposed of. September 16, 2025 Amit Mishra Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Satish Chandra Dubey Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. (Piyush Agrawal,J.) Smt.
