Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. This petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:- "A. Issue a writ order or direction in the of nature of certiorari to quash the impugned first information report dated 10.07.2025 lodged by respondent no.4 against the petitioners registered as Case Crime No.143 of 2025, under section 3(5), 352, 351(2), 324(2) B.N.S., P.S. Karadham, District Kaushambi. B. Issue a writ order or direction in the of nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondent no.2 and 3 not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned first information report dated 10.07.2025 lodged by respondent no.4 against the petitioners registered as Case Crime No.143 of 2025, under section 3(5), 352, 351(2), 324(2) B.N.S., P.S. Karadham, District Kaushambi. 3. Learned A.G.A informs that the charge-sheet has been submitted in the present case. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the reliefs prayed for in the writ petition cannot be granted. The petitioners are at liberty to avail any other remedy available to them under law. 5.
