(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of private respondents. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have threat to their life and liberty at the hands of the private respondents. The petitioners earlier also approached this Court by way of filing CRM-M-62123-2024, which was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 11.12.2024, whereby, direction was issued to the petitioners to file representation before SSP, Amritsar (Rural). Notice of motion to the official respondents only. Mr. J.S. Arora, DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the State. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh representation for the redressal of their grievances before respondent No.3 i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar (Rural) within a period of 10 days from today.
