The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Herhanj P.S. Case No. 44/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 111(3), 308(4) & 61of the B.N.S. 2023 and Section 25(1- B)(a), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act pending in the Court of learned C.J.M, Latehar. 3. It was submitted that a country made rifle is alleged to have been recovered from possession of this petitioner. It was further submitted that petitioner has remained in custody for about nine months. It was finally submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 4. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Latehar in connection with Herhanj P.S.
