Das, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had already instituted a Title Suit being Title Suit No. 07/2023 before the Court of the learned Civil Judge, Kokrajhar, and the same is pending. In view of the above position, Mr. Das, learned counsel prays that he be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to pursue the matter before the Trial Court in the above noted Title Suit. The prayer sought for is not objected to by the learned counsel for the respondents. In view of above, the writ petition stands dismissed on withdrawal. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
