Today, learned State Counsel on instructions from Mr. Sanjay Chowdhary, Treasury Officer, Rohtak who is present in Court submits that the petitioner has to submit the details of her bank account, Aadhaar Card, as well as PAN Card (attested photocopies), which learned counsel for the petitioner Anuradha 2025.09.09 06:15 I agree to specified portions of this document CWP-24642-2025 (O&M) 2 undertakes to supply positively by tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. Shri Sanjay Chaudhary, Officer, who is present in Court today, submits that upon receipt of the aforesaid details, the family pension of the petitioner shall be released within one week thereafter, i.e., on or before 17.09.2025. In view of the undertaking given by the respondent, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press this petition any further, and the same is disposed of as nothing survives. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to seek revival of the instant petition in case Shri Sanjay Chaudhary, Treasury Officer, fails to adhere to the undertaking given in Court today, including the time frame stipulated therein.
