From perusal of report as made available to this Court through letter no. 1592 dated 27.11.2025 by learned Special Court (Rape and POCSO), it transpires that this matter is only pending for examination of Investigating Officer of this case. 3. Considering the stage of trial which is at its fag end, the prayer of bail of the petitioner stands rejected for the present. 4. However, as petitioner remains in custody since 29.10.2024, the learned trial court is directed to conclude the Patna High Court CR. MISC.
