The present writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus commanding respondent nos. 1 and 3 to decide the representations dated 27.6.2025, 29.7.2025 and 16.7.2025 in which the petitioner has alleged that one Neha @ Bulbul, daughter of D.B. Mittal, is illegally practicing as a doctor in a building allegedly owned by the petitioner. It is stated that she had obtained registration by misrepresenting the facts. The person against whom the allegations are being made, have not been impleaded. Moreover, a perusal of para 4 of the writ petition reveals that the petitioner claims ownership of the property in which Neha @ Bulbul is alleged to be practicing, whereas according to Neha, one Vijay Kumar is owner of the property. 2. Having regard to the said dispute, we are not inclined to issue any direction at the behest of the petitioner in respect of the allegations made by him against a person who is not even before this Court. 3. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail such other remedy as may be advised.
