Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 20 and 22 of NDPS Act. 3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that informant Niraj Kumar ( S.I. ) alleged that on 27.06.2025 , on secret information , he along with other police officals conducted a raid, in which 1.10 kg (1100 gms) of ganja and one electric weighing machine was recovered from the house of this petitioner, namely, Avinash Kumar Shuklaa @ Bajrangi Shukla . Petitioner has also got one criminal antecedent of excise act. 4. Consideration the nature of accusation , huge recovery of huge quantity of aforesaid incriminating articles Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64750 of 2025(3) dt.09-12-2025 2/2 ( ganja) from the house of this petitioner and other circumstances of the case , his prayer for pre – arrest bail is rejected.
