This application has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act praying for condonation of delay of 20 days in preferring the connected criminal appeal. Mrs. Bordoloi, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 has fairly submitted that she has no objection if the delay is condoned. Accordingly, the delay stands condoned.
