The instant writ petition has been preferred seeking following reliefs: "I. To, issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus direct the respondent no. 2 and 3 not to remove road and not to hinder path of petitioners. II. To, Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus direct the respondent no. 3 to decide the representation dated 7.5.2025 (Annexure No. 6 to the writ petition) of the petitioners within stipulated period." 3. After the substantial argument once the Court has declined to provide any relief to the petitioners, learned counsel for the petitioners has contended that he does not intend to press the present writ petition but prays that liberty may be accorded to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy before the competent civil court. 4. In the view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty as prayed.
