In that view of the matter, considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the respondent, the second stay application filed on behalf of the respondent before the learned Single Judge is dismissed as withdrawn and therefore the orders dated 12.12.2024 and 02.02.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge are quashed and set aside.
