Order: This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioners herein/Al and A2, seeking anticipatory bail, in connection with crime No.263 of 2023 of Rajanagaram Police station, East Godavari district. 2. A case has been registered against the Petitioners herein and others for the offence punishable under Section 392 IPC. 3. Case Of the Prosecution, in brief, iS that the de faCfo complainant is running a flour mill. About 10 days prior to the date of offence, one Kesavarapu Krishna Kishore, the friend of the de facfo complainant, told that they WOuld get commission amount by exchanging Rs.50.00 Lakhs of cash of Rs.500/_ notes to Rs.60.00 Lakhs of Cash Of Rs.2000/- notes and that said Kishore introduced a Person by name Murthy to the de facfo complainant and said Murfhy informed him tO bring Cash tO Konthamuru Village. On that, the de faCtO COmPIainant along with Akula Putraiah, Kishore Went there and that the Said Murthy along with Ramalingaiah approached them and introduced One
2 f/ Naveen. Meanwhile, four persons reached there in a Car and threatened them to kill and took away the amount of Rs.50,00,000/-and escaped along with Naveen. Basing on the report given by the de facto complainant, the present case has been registered against the accused on 02.06.2023. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. A perusal of the material on record goes to show that basing on the confessional statement of co-accused, names of the petitioners herein were shown as accused in the present crime. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that entire investigation is completed. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners herein/Al and A2 on the following conditions. i) ln the event.of arrest of the petitioners herel'n/Al and A2 in the aforesaid crime, they shall be enlarged on bail on their executing personal bonds for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like sum each to the satisfaction of the concerned Arresting Officer.
ii) Petitioners shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required, and they @ try I:
