This petition has been filed for following relief: "Issue any other order or direction to the learned court concerned/Civil Judge (J.D.) Garvi, Allahabad to decide the Case No.09/2019 (Mohd. Sharib and another Versus Sachin Kushwaha and others) filed by the petitioner dated 17.12.2018, before the learned Civil Judge (JD) Garvi, Allahabad, expeditiously within stipulated period as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the suit is pending since 2018. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5.
