During the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner has already been offered appointed on 19.09.2024. Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, therefore, there is no useful purpose to keep this present writ petition pending. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a delay on the part of the respondent in offering the appointment, since the Advertisement was issued in the year 2013 and though in the earlier round of litigation, the direction have been issued to the respondents in the year 2018 to appoint the petitioner. He further submits that since the delay is on the part of the respondents, therefore, the petitioner is entitled to get all the consequential benefits. 5. Since there are no any pleading in the entire petition in this regard as to what service benefits the petitioner is entitled thereto, in such an eventuality the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file fresh. 6.
