1. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following Order: The petitioners are arraigned as Accused Nos.2 and 3 in Crime No.36 of 2024. It is alleged that the 1^' accused has cheated the respondent No.2 and unlawfully held the property by projecting the same as his ancestral property.
2. The de facto complainant, after registering the said property, permitted the 1®' accused to stay in the property on rental basis. The 1®* accused was paying an amount of Rs.3,000/- per month as rent, even after executing the sale deed in favor of the respondent
