No.618 of 2025. 2. The occurrence in this case happened on 13.10.2021. The complainant is present and submits that his two wheeler bearing Registration No. TN-30-AD-6232 has been returned to him. The accused remains untraceable, despite best efforts. There is no previous case or subsequent case as against the accused.
