The Court made the following order:
The petitioner claims that he filed an application in Form 6A on 09.09.2021 before the 4th respondent, seeking for mutation of his name in the revenue records and to issue E-pattadar passbook cum title deed over the lands situated in an extent of Ac.2.11 cents in Sy.No.712, Ac.0.38 cents in Sy.No.772, Ac.0.60 cents in Sy.No.713, Ac.0.74 cents in Sy.No.719, Ac.1.07 cents in Sy.No.773, Ac.1.50 cents in Sy.No.835/2, Ac.0.87 cents in Sy.No.805, Ac.3.131/2 cents in Sy.No.807, Ac.1.771/2 cents in Sy.No.835/1, Ac.0.41 cents in Sy.No.708/2B and Ac.0.981/2 cents in Sy.No.753 of Motakatla Village, Sambepalli Mandal, YSR District, as per final decree dated 03.12.2007, passed in IA.No.173 of 2007 in OS.No.19 of 1997, on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Rayachoty, YSR Kadapa District.

It is further case of the petitioner that though his rights were decided by competent civil court and a final decree was passed, the 4th respondent did not consider his application and the same was kept pending. Despite the petitioner filing application under Form 6A of ROR Act, the 4th respondent did not choose to
dispose of the same by passing appropriate orders. Aggrieved by the same, filed the present writ petition.
3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner’s application dated 09.09.2021, and pass appropriate order thereon, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this
order.
4. With the above direction the present writ petition is
disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
