At the outset, learned A.G.A. on instructions apprised to this Court that in the present case charge-sheet No.251 of 2025 has been forwarded on 16.08.2025 against petitioner no.2, Dhanjay Patel & petitioner no.3, Ramnand Patel, whereas petitioner nos.1 & 4 have been exonerated and as such, the writ petition has become infructuous. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
