The grievance of the Petitioner is that though she has been granted with the Land Rights Certificate No.09 of 2020 granted by the Tahasildar, Boudh in respect of 320 Sq.ft. of land in Plot No.679, Khata No.1041 in Boudhgarh NAC, but now the Tahasildar is proceeding to evict her. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Tahasildar, Boudh (O.P.No.3) to grant an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner before proceeding for her eviction from above said area of land, if the same is necessary, and she may not be evicted till such opportunity of hearing is granted to her.
