The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of B.N.S.S with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to him in case FIR No.133, dated 29.07.2024, under Sections 420,120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station City-1, District Sangrur (Annexure P-1). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 04.10.2024 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 3. Learned State counsel also submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation. 4. In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the interim order dated 04.10.2024 is made absolute.
