[2025:RJ-JP:6928] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 7992/2014 Islammudin Son of Rafiq Mohammad, House No. 693, Brahamano Ka Chowk, Mohalla Goriyan, Police Station Galta Gate, Jaipur Rajasthan ----Petitioner Versus Smt. Kalli Devi Wife of Babu Lal Koli, Sitod, Tehsil Bamanwas, District Sawai Madhopur. ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : None Present For Respondent(s) : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 17/02/2025 1. By means of filing instant writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has impugned the interlocutory order dated 26.06.2014 passed in ECA Case No.20/2012 by the Commissioner, Employees Compensation Act, 1923, Sawai Madhopur, dismissing petitioner’s application for impleading one Mr. Aziz Khan as party to the claim petition. 2. It appears that the Commissioner considered the application on merits and observed that the application has been filed belated as much as Mr. Aziz Khan is not necessary party to the claim petition and has dismissed the application with justified reasons. 3. The order impugned does not suffer from any jurisdictional error or perversity as also do not warrant any interference by this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. [2025:RJ-JP:6928] (2 of 2) [CW-7992/2014] 4. Accordingly, instant writ petition is dismissed. 5. Stay application and other pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
