Heard Sri Jaideep Pandey, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Shahrukh, Advocate for Respondents-2 and 3. 2. By means of present writ petition petitioner has sought following reliefs: “i. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondents No.2 and 3 to consider the Petitioner for the purposes of promotion, in terms with the Government Order 5259/9- 1-2001-111सा/2001 dated 04-12-2001 issued by the Secretary, Uttar Pradesh Shashan within a stipulated time frame. ii. To decide the application dated 02.12.2023, in terms with the Government Order 5259/9-1-2001-111सा/2001 dated 04-12-2001 issue by the Secretary, Uttar Pradesh Shashan within a stipulated time frame.” 3. Without entering into merit of the case, grievance of petitioner can be satisfied by following direction: “Petitioner is at liberty to file a detailed representation to ventilate his grievance, as referred above, alongwith a copy of this writ petition before concerned authority. In case such a representation is filed within a period of two weeks from today, concerned authority will take a decision thereon in accordance with law expeditiously.” 4. With aforesaid direction/ observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
