Mr. Sagar Kothari, learned counsel for the Applicants. 2. The present criminal misc. application is filed under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. (corresponding Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) by the Applicants Smt. Deepika Chauhan W/o Shri Siddharth Chauhan and Master Shaurya Chauhan S/o Shri Siddharth Chauhan against the Respondent Siddharth Chauhan S/o Shripal Chauhan to issue a direction, directing the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Dehradun to decide & conclude the proceedings of Misc. Case No.258 of 2022, titled as “Smt. Deepika Chauhan vs. Siddharth Chauhan” under Section 125(3) of Cr.P.C. as the expeditiously as possible. 3. Learned counsel Mr. Sagar Kothari appearing on behalf of the Applicants make a statement that the application, whereby expeditious disposal of the said application is sought for under Section 125(3) of Cr.P.C., 2025:UHC:7138 had been filed on 29.09.2021. 4. Learned counsel for the Applicants submits that though the application under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. has been decided by the court below but the execution is still pending. 5. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, this Court feels it appropriate to direct the concerned court to decide the aforesaid matter expeditiously. 6. In view thereof, the present C-528 application is disposed of with a direction to the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Dehradun to decide & conclude the proceedings of Misc. Case No.258 of 2022, titled as “Smt. Deepika Chauhan vs. Siddharth Chauhan” under Section 125(3) of Cr.P.C. as the expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.
