The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed a claim petition dated 21.10.2023 before the respondents under Rule 135 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Rules. However, the said claim petition was not at all considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this petition. 3. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner’s claim petition will be disposed of within a period of 8 weeks and hence, he requests this Court to pass appropriate orders. 4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 5.
