Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118, 109, 329(3), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner stabbed knife in the stomach of the son of informant as a result of which, he died. 4.
