Misc. application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No.2 vide order dated 31.01.2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge IV, Katihar in A.B.P. No.53 of 2024 arising out of Kursela P.S. Case No.88 of 2023. 3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned trial court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall assist the court in this regard. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47333 of 2024(3) dt.08-12-2025 2/2 prayer of the petitioner. 5.
