1. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that as some of the charge sheets against the petitioners have been decided and some are still pending consideration before this Court, the petitioner(s) intend to approach the authorities concerned by way of filing appropriate representation that keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, the petitioner(s) are entitled for the release of benefit of gratuity even after deducting all the penalties which have been imposed upon the petitioner(s) and prays that the respondents be directed to decide the said representation in a time bound manner.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case, any representation is filed by the petitioner(s), the same will be decided by the respondents by passing appropriate speaking order within a period of 08 weeks from the date of receipt of such representation and in case, it is found feasible to accept the claim of the petitioner(s), the same will be accepted otherwise, due reasons for not accepting the claim of the petitioner(s) will be mentioned in the speaking order so passed, which order will be conveyed to the petitioner(s) for their information and necessary action.
