Instant application has been filed under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking extension of time to comply with the
order dated 17.02.2025 whereby, applicant-accused was directed to deposit an additional 25% of the total fastened liability [Cheque amount and compensation thereon] before the Trial Court to furnish the personal bond of Rs.75,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Trial Court within four weeks. The period of four weeks’ granted on 17.02.2025, elapsed on 17.03.2025.

It is averred in Para 3 of the instant application that due to financial crises the applicant could not arrange the amount which was
directed to be remitted/deposited in terms of order dated 17.12.2025. Application is supported by an affidavit.

Taking into account the entirety of the
facts and circumstances, the instant application which is not seriously opposed is allowed and the applicant-accused [Het Ram] is directed to comply with the orders dated 17.12.2025 within four weeks from today. Application stands disposed of. Criminal Revision No.79 of 2025
