State of Haryana and others and connected matters. Still, the petitioner’s claim has not been considered, nor has her legal notice, dated 25.07.2025, Annexure P-7, been decided so far. 3. Ms. Tanushree Gupta, Senior Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State and submits that the pending legal notice, dated 25.07.2025, will be decided by the second respondent/Director, Elementary Education, by passing a speaking order thereupon within a period of three months, keeping in view the law laid down in Sushma Devi case (supra).
