WP No.32832 of 2025 Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the unauthorized hoardings erected by the 4th and 5th respondents at 1) "Sivakasi Nadar Mansion", Poonamallee High Road, Park Town, Chennai 600 063, which comes under Zone-5, Ward-58 of the Greater Chennai Corporation and 2) "Durar Bhawan", Door No.660, New No.610, Poonamallee High Road, Aminjikarai, Chennai 600 029, which comes under Zone-8, Ward-101 of the Greater Chennai Corporation, based on the petitioner's representations dated 25.07.2025, 30.07.2025 and 08.08.2025 within a specified time frame fixed by this Court. 2. We find that representations have been made on various dates in the month of July and August, 2025 only and this petition has now been filed before this Court. 3. Learned counsel for the Corporation, on advance copy, would submit that the complaints made would be examined in accordance with law. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to keep this petition pending. Petition is disposed of.
