The following prayers have been in the present petition: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to set up an enquiry in regard to the harassment being made to the petitioner in regard to her Plot No.36 Khasra No.154Mi of an area about 100 sq.yard in Akash Nagar Tehsil Dashna District Ghaziabad. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in the peaceful possession of the property of the petitioner at Plot No.36 Khasra No.154 Mi. of an area about 100 sq. yard in Akash Nagar Tehsil Dashna, District Ghaziabad. III. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to decide the pending representation before them for consideration in regard to the harassment made by respondent No.7 and the local police of Police Station Dashna for the Plot No.36 of Khasra No.154 Mi. area about 100 sq. yard, Akash Nagar Tehsil Dashna District Ghaziabad. IV. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to summon the entire records related to the disciplinary proceeding conduct against the petitioner."
