The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 296 of 2023 arising out of Dhurki P.S. Case No. 39 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Nagar Untari, Garhwa. 3. The bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court in B.A. No. 7473/2024 vide order dated 22.10.2024. 4. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased Majrun Bibi, who died within seven years of her marriage in her matrimonial home. It is alleged that she was tortured to enforce the demand of dowry. 5. Report regarding the stage of trial, earlier called for from the learned Trial Court, has been received. It appears that the prosecution has examined six witnesses including the investigating officer. The learned Trial Court has also stated that the trial is likely to be concluded within six months. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected once again. 7. The learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within four months from the next date fixed for of recording of evidence. If the trial is not concluded within the stipulated period, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rahul/-
