The petitioner has filed the present application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no. 2 vide order dated 08.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66012 of 2024. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the fact of the matter is that the opposite party no. 2 never called the petitioner to live with him. No notice was served to the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner is still ready to lead conjugal life with the opposite party no. 2. 4. In my opinion, these are not the grounds for cancellation Patna High Court CR. MISC.
