Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking the quashing of the effect and operation of the order dated 14.08.2025, passed by the District Magistrate, Auraiya in Case No.579 of 2025, Computerized Case No.D202503050000579 (Anku @ Atul Pratap Vs. State of U.P.), under section 3(1), U.P. Control of Gunda Act, 1970. 3. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the writ petition and has submitted that the petitioner has an efficacious alternative remedy of contesting Appeal before the competent Authority, He submits that the appeal shall be decided as expeditiously as possible. 4. We do find substance in the submission made by the learned AGA. 5. Under such circumstances, we provide that the appeal filed be decided within a period of two months from today. 6. For a period of two months or till the decision of the Appeal, whichever is earlier, the order dated 14.08.2025 shall remain stayed. 7. The writ petition is accordingly, disposed of.
