Record reveals that there was no representation on behalf of the respondent on 17.12.2024 and the matter was adjourned. Pursuant thereto, the matter was listed on 10.02.2025, on which date the position was the same and the matter was adjourned with the rider that if the respondent would remain unrepresented on the next date of hearing, appropriate order shall be passed. 2. Today, when the instant bail application was taken up, there was no representation on behalf of the respondent. It appears that though the respondents have filed objections, yet, the respondents have no serious objection in making the interim bail order dated 08.11.2023 absolute. 3. Accordingly, the order passed by this Court by virtue of which pre- arrest bail was granted in favour of the applicant is made absolute on the same conditions which were imposed by this Court vide order dated 08.11.2023. This order shall, however, be subject to the 2 Bail App No. 151/2023 following conditions in addition to the conditions already imposed vide order dated 08.11.2023. i. That the applicant shall furnish personal bond in the amount of Rs. 50,000/- to the satisfaction of Investigating Officer concerned and two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar Judicial of this Court. ii. That the applicant shall not leave the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir without the permission of this Court; iii. That the applicant shall not intimidate or tamper with prosecution witnesses/evidence. iv. That the applicant shall not indulge in any similar activity similar to the one alleged against him. 4.
