The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kunda P.S. Case No. 03 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 376(2)(n) of the I.P.C. and Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act Cases, Chatra. 3. On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix who is a major lady. Later on, he refused to marry her. 4. There is delay of about seven months in lodging of the F.I.R. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act Cases, Chatra in connection with Kunda P.S.
