This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 16.7.2025 registered as Case Crime no. 126 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 70(2) of B.N.S. and Section 5G/6 of POCSO Act, P.S. Saifni, District Rampur. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned A.G.A. has informed this Court that in the present case final report no. 38 of 2025 dated 28.8.2025 has already been submitted. 4.
