(corresponding Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) by the Applicant Smt. Deepika Chauhan W/o Shri Siddharth Chauhan to issue a direction, directing the court of learned 5th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dehradun to decide & conclude the proceedings of Criminal Case No.6920 of 2022, titled as “State vs. Siddharth Chauhan & Others” (Case Crime No.343 of 2022), under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 of IPC and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, P.S. Nehru Colony, District Dehradun as expeditiously as possible. 4. Learned counsel Mr. Sagar Kothari appearing on behalf of the Applicant makes a statement that the application, whereby expeditious disposal of the said application is sought for under Section 125(3) of Cr.P.C., had been filed on 29.09.2021. 2025:UHC:7138 5. Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that though the application under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. has been decided by the court below but the execution is still pending. 6. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, this Court feels it appropriate to direct the concerned court to decide the aforesaid matter expeditiously. 7. In view thereof, the present C-528 application is disposed of with a direction to the court of learned 5th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dehradun to decide & conclude the proceedings of Criminal Case No.6920 of 2022, titled as “State vs. Siddharth Chauhan & Others” (Case Crime No.343 of 2022), under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 of IPC and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, P.S.
