The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ratu P.S. Case No. 307/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 127(1), 115(2), 109, 351(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Raj Kumar Pandey, learned J.M.F.C., Ranchi. 3. On 08.09.2024, there was some altercation between the husband of the informant and co-accused namely Suraj Kumar @ Suraj Mahto. On 09.09.2024, the husband of the informant alongwith some other persons had gone to the house of co-accused to clarify about the dispute, where the accused persons assaulted the informant party, due to which, brother-in-law of the informant namely Rajendra Oraon succumbed to his injuries after nine days of occurrence. 4. It was submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties and the occurrence took place in the house of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the members of informant party were aggressor. It was also submitted that the entire occurrence took place in self-defense. It was finally submitted that co-accused persons namely Kuwar Mahto @ Sulan Mahto and Suraj Kumar @ Suraj Mahto have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Raj Kumar Pandey, learned J.M.F.C., Ranchi or his successor in connection with Ratu P.S.
