The present application has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant in Case No. 362 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 126(2), 352, 125, 324(4), 3(5) of B.N.S., Police Station- Rura, District- Kanpur Nagar. 2. At the outset, Sri V.P. Tripathi, learned A.G.A. for the State submits that the applicant has already been granted interim protection by this Court vide order dated 14.02.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 2718 of 2025 (Vivek Fauji Alias Vivek Kumar vs. State of U.P. and 2 others). The said writ petition is still pending. 3. At this stage, Sri Rajeev Chaddha, counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present application with liberty to file afresh at an appropriate stage. 4. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. Let the certified copy of the documents, if any, be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant as per the Rules of the Court.
